JGB599 III Series MIL-DTL-38999 III EMI Shielded Circular Connector
The JGB599 III Series MIL-DTL-38999 III EMI Shielded Circular Connector is a compact, lightweight, high-density connector designed for electrical signal connection in harsh environments. It features triple-start threaded quick coupling, anti-loosening locking, EMI shielding, removable contacts, and anti-misalignment insertion protection.
This series is available with aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or titanium alloy shells, thermosetting or thermoplastic insulators, and silicone rubber seals. Plating options include W cadmium green, F chemical nickel, K stainless steel passivation, FT aluminum alloy nickel plating, and TA titanium alloy.
The connector supports press-fit, solder, and PCB contact types, with fiber optic contact compatibility in 12# and 16# positions and coaxial or shielded contact compatibility in 12#, 10#, and 8# positions. It is widely used in aerospace systems, defense electronics, industrial control equipment, communication systems, and rugged signal interconnection applications.
